We offer 90 Days Return Policy on all cellphone replacement parts.

Eligible for Return:

• Unused items: must be in their original condition and should not have scratches, ripped flex, or have any signs of being used.
• Defective items: Must not have any signs of installation. Please test the LCD & Digitizer screens prior to repair by simply connecting the flex to the logic board to check the functionality of the products. No refunds will be given if the screens are installed and glued.

 

All tools, supplies & accessories are final sales. Not eligible for refunds.

Shipping paid is not refundable once the order is shipped and the package has been left with the carrier. Please inform us at your earliest if you want to cancel your order.

Restocking fees apply. All non-defective items returned will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee or $5 minimum (whichever is higher).

Return Process

• Inform us via email at [email protected] if you would like to return an item or report shipping damage.
• You will have to ship us the item back at your expense unless the item is dead on arrival.
• Eligible for refund, replacement, or store credit.
• Returns are processed within 4 business days.
